 You can use skype on your android phone make international call at low rate and save your money. skype is the video calling , voice calling and chatting application. All android version are support  skype voice call, but all android version not work skype video call option. (Samsung Galaxy y, y pro, y DOUS  not work video call)fist of all you must download and install skype application,you can get it free by using google play store. you can follow the easy steps below to configure  your android phone.

This the step you can follow

• : Go to menu > select play store > type skype and search
• : select skype >  install > select accept and download
• : Select open >  continue > select accept
• : You have skype account type skype name and password select signing.

• : Don't have skype account select create an account
• : Type your name,skype name,password (password is letters and one number) and email address.
• : Select create an account 
• : Select continue > continue 
• : Now you can get call,enjoy .
